The abandoned village of A Barca in Spain is being offered for free to investors willing to revitalize it into a tourist resort. Although the property is listed at zero euros, significant investment is required for renovations, potentially up to 3 million euros. The local authorities aim to restore the village, which includes 12 abandoned houses and over 15,000 square meters of land, into a tourist paradise with amenities. The offer is a 50-year concession rather than a sale, as the village has been deserted since the 1950s due to flooding from a dam. The municipality hopes to attract investors to transform this ghost town into a thriving tourist destination.
