The Transylvanian Grand Prix 2026 will take place in Cluj-Napoca from October 30 to November 1, moving from Sibiu due to renovation delays at Sala Transilvania. The event will feature international competitions, including the WDSF World Championship Youth Standard, attracting dancers from over 35 countries. Organizers decided on the new location after learning too late about the postponement of renovation works. The modernization of Sala Transilvania has faced procurement delays, with the deadline for bids extended to July 7, 2026. The event will showcase various competitions, including WDSF World Open Latin and Standard, with renowned dancers participating.
