Three cats born in Romania qualified for the FIFe World Show 2026 finals in Amsterdam, showcasing the country's breeders on an international stage. Although they did not win titles, their participation highlights Romania's presence in elite feline competitions. The event featured around 1,500 cats from 34 countries, with Romania entering 16 cats, three of which reached the finals. Notable finalists include Wild Forest’s Prosecco, a Norwegian Forest cat, and two Maine Coons, Lady Ana and Arthur, both bred by Gina Vlad. Their achievements underscore the competitiveness of Romanian breeders in a challenging category with 467 entries.
