Parking fees in central Brașov may triple to reduce congestion in tourist areas. The new rates will be 5 lei per hour from Monday to Saturday and 10 lei on weekends. Currently, the fee is 3 lei per hour, with free parking on Sundays. This change is part of a new parking regulation aimed at discouraging parking near major attractions and promoting public transport alternatives.
