Culture Minister Ioana Ciocan acknowledged the mistake and emphasized the need for proper evaluation of cultural assets. She highlighted the challenges faced by institutions in securing funding for the reevaluation process, which involves millions of items. Ciocan also pointed out the limited number of qualified experts available for this task.
