Constanța faces severe flooding due to heavy rains exceeding 55 l/m², prompting emergency alerts. Authorities issued two RO-Alert messages advising residents to stay indoors. The rainfall is expected to continue, with additional amounts of 20-25 l/m². RAJA has mobilized 28 intervention teams to address the flooding, particularly in affected neighborhoods. Continuous rain hampers drainage efforts as the sewer system is overwhelmed, complicating the situation further.
