A unique investment of 10 million euros has introduced bodyflying to Romania, allowing individuals to experience flight in a vertical wind tunnel. This facility enables users to learn body control and perform aerial maneuvers without the need for an airplane. The wind tunnel, measuring 3 meters in diameter and 10 meters high, generates air currents reaching speeds of 290 km/h, simulating free fall. It serves as a training tool for skydivers, offering extensive practice opportunities. The project took five years to develop and aims to benefit various organizations, including the Romanian Aeroclub and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Similar projects are underway in Bucharest and Cluj.
