A 13-year-old boy who attacked a teacher and two students in Bistrița has been discharged from psychiatric care and taken for questioning. The school has decided to expel him, allowing re-enrollment next year in a different institution. The court has issued protection orders for six students and the injured teacher, with an eighth order requested by another student. The orders require the boy to maintain a distance of 50 meters from the victims and wear an electronic monitoring device, prohibiting any contact with them.
