A 13-year-old boy who attacked a teacher and two students in Bistrița has been discharged from psychiatric care and is facing expulsion from school. The school council decided to expel him, allowing for re-enrollment in a different school next year. The court has issued protection orders for the victims, requiring the boy to maintain a distance of 50 meters from them and prohibiting any contact. Eight protection orders have been issued in total, lasting for 12 months, and the boy must wear an electronic monitoring device.
