The Brașov City Hall has decided to make parking near the Municipal Cemetery free of charge starting this Saturday, coinciding with the commemoration of the deceased. Mayor George Scripcaru announced that approximately 60 parking spots will be available for visitors paying respects. This decision follows a proposal by local councilor Gheorghe Cojocaru. Additionally, ongoing renovations include improving pathways, expanding lighting, and installing new fountains, all set to be completed by Saturday. A significant investment involves creating a new wake room to replace the inadequate current facility.
