The National Meteorological Administration has issued a yellow alert for heavy rain and strong winds in several Romanian counties. Mountain areas will experience significant cooling, with rain turning into sleet and snow at higher altitudes. The rain alert is effective from October 27 at 10:00 until October 28 at 12:00 in counties like Tulcea and Constanța, with expected rainfall of 20-30 l/m². A wind alert is also in place from October 27 at 16:00 to October 28 at 10:00 for counties including Buzău and Brăila, with gusts reaching 50-70 km/h. Snow accumulation of 5-15 cm is anticipated in the mountains, particularly above 1,500 meters.
