Romania has accused Russia of being behind drone attacks in the Black Sea, leading to further assaults on vessels in its exclusive economic zone. Bulgarian Prime Minister Rumen Radev stated this during the Sofia Economic Forum, emphasizing the need for concrete evidence before making accusations. He highlighted Bulgaria's commitment to maritime safety and the swift response of rescue teams to recent incidents involving commercial ships. Radev reaffirmed the importance of alliances with the EU and NATO for national security, noting that eight commercial vessels were affected by drone-related incidents between October 5 and 23.
