IMM Romania has proposed the elimination of the minimum turnover tax, maintenance of the flat tax rate, and an increase in vacation vouchers to 1,600–2,000 lei annually. During a meeting with Prime Minister Luca Niculescu, they expressed dissatisfaction with the lack of a dedicated chapter for SMEs in the government program for 2026–2028. They emphasized the need for concrete measures to support investments and entrepreneurship. Key proposals include immediate solutions for reducing energy prices, relaunching the IMM Invest program, and clarifying tax regulations for micro-enterprises. Additionally, they advocate for increased vacation vouchers and adjustments in the international transport tax regime. They also call for sustainable funding for healthcare services, aiming for a specific budget allocation by 2027.
