DIICOT has issued a European arrest warrant for a man suspected of sabotage linked to a Russian-coordinated network operating in Romania and the EU. The suspects, two Belarusians and a Ukrainian, are believed to have set fire to an area near the Carfil arms factory in Brașov. Investigations reveal that their activities targeted various military and industrial sites across the region. Two suspects were arrested in Germany, while the third was located in Poland. Authorities are concerned about a broader sabotage campaign by Russia in Europe, aiming to undermine security and defense capabilities.
