Clever Media has acquired Doğan Media International, which operates Kanal D and Radio Impuls, for approximately 100 million euros. The deal, announced in June 2026, includes all shares of Doğan Media International and is executed through Romanian Content Project S.R.L. The acquisition strengthens Clever Media's position in the Romanian media market, adding significant channels to its portfolio. The transaction's completion is subject to regulatory approvals, while Doğan Media International will continue its operations uninterrupted until then.
