Key changes include defining the damage assessment indicator based on official documents and introducing a calculation formula considering areas verified by the APIA for 2025. This approach seeks to align initial damage reports with confirmed areas. Applications submitted by farmers remain valid, and compensation will be calculated based on the proposed formula after public consultation concludes.
