A group of Romanian entrepreneurs is developing a €32 million residential complex near Obor Square in Bucharest, with financing of nearly €17 million secured. The project, Avrig Park Residence, will feature 222 apartments and is set for completion in December 2027. Rock Development, which underwent significant ownership changes in 2025, is behind the investment. The company has pre-sold over 100 apartments and aims to expand its portfolio, which includes previous projects like Politehnica Park Residence.
