Donald Trump expressed anger towards Norway, labeling it a "shithole country" after not receiving the Nobel Peace Prize. During a rally in Michigan, he stated he no longer wants immigrants from Norway in the U.S., despite not implementing any official immigration restrictions. Trump criticized Norway's Nobel Committee, claiming the lack of recognition is a "stain" on the country. His remarks come ahead of the midterm elections, where he also discussed immigration policies. Despite his comments, there are no indications of changes to immigration policy for Norwegians.
