Kremlin advisor Yuri Ushakov emphasized the importance of including Europe in peace talks regarding Ukraine, stating that the U.S. has failed to pressure Kyiv into accepting a peace agreement. He noted that discussions should involve all of Europe, which fully supports Ukraine. Ushakov mentioned Russia's readiness to resume trilateral negotiations with Ukraine and the U.S. after Russia's National Unity Day on November 4. He also highlighted a planned technical meeting in Abu Dhabi between negotiators from Ukraine, Russia, and the U.S. in early November. Additionally, Ushakov commented on the potential for a meeting between Putin, Xi Jinping, and Trump during the APEC summit in China, while Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov criticized the EU for not taking constructive actions regarding the appointment of a negotiator for the conflict.
