The case has moved to trial at the Alba Tribunal, following the acceptance of the prosecutors' indictment. The investigation, conducted by DIICOT Alba Iulia, revealed that between January 12, 2019, and June 30, 2026, the defendant acquired and stored thousands of explicit files on various platforms. The total number of identified files and related activities reached 54,713. A trial date has yet to be set.
