The Danube's flow at the entrance to Romania is expected to rise slightly to 1,400 cubic meters per second, remaining well below the October average of 3,900 cubic meters per second. The flow will stabilize at 1,300 cubic meters per second initially, then increase. In the Gruia-Corabia sector, flows will remain steady, with slight increases expected downstream. The National Institute of Hydrology forecasts a maximum flow of 1,600 cubic meters per second for October, with most rivers projected to have flows between 30% and 50% of their monthly averages. Higher flows are anticipated in certain basins, while lower flows are expected in others.
