Călin Georgescu faces legal troubles again, being investigated for making a legionary salute outside the Buftea Police station. This marks the fifth criminal case against him, linked to the public use of legionary symbols. He was questioned by Ilfov prosecutors while accompanied by his lawyers. The investigation began after he allegedly saluted his supporters after signing a judicial control measure. Previously, he was charged with promoting ideologies related to genocide and fascism. Prosecutors also claim he attempted to disrupt technical surveillance by having someone check for recording devices at his home, leading to additional legal actions.
