Brașov police conducted an operation targeting pedestrian violations, resulting in 24 fines for illegal crossings in one day. The initiative aimed to prevent traffic accidents caused by pedestrian misconduct and to ensure drivers respect pedestrian right-of-way. Over 50 vehicles were checked, leading to fines totaling around 14,000 lei. Additionally, seven driving licenses were suspended and one registration certificate was withdrawn.
