He highlighted that some debts are over three years old, primarily from the Police, while other institutions like the Prosecutor's Office and courts have fewer issues. The financial strain has affected the ability of regional institutes, such as the one in Iași, to pay salaries due to unpaid dues. Hostiuc emphasized that without payments from beneficiaries, the INML struggles to maintain its budget.
