Greenvolt Group has agreed to sell two battery energy storage projects in Poland to A&R Investments. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2026, pending usual conditions. The projects, located in Ełk and Turośń Kościelna, each have a capacity of 200 MW and 800 MWh of storage, enhancing Poland's energy system flexibility. Both projects have 17-year contracts starting in 2028, ensuring stable revenue. Greenvolt aims to rotate 70-80% of its developed projects to reinvest in new opportunities, reflecting the growing demand for energy storage solutions.
