Prosecutors have imposed judicial control on bail for 60 days starting October 23, 2026. Gabur Lucian-Nicolae allegedly accepted bribes from candidates to influence examiners for driving tests. He is required to pay a bail of 50,000 lei by October 30. A search at his home revealed 10,500 euros, which has been seized as part of the investigation.
