The National Meteorological Administration has issued weather warnings for heavy rain and strong winds across several counties from October 22 to 23. Rainfall is expected nationwide on Thursday, with thunderstorms and hail possible in some areas. Accumulated rainfall may reach 30 liters per square meter in certain regions, particularly in the Carpathians. Wind gusts could exceed 70 km/h in mountainous areas, with warnings extending to Muntenia, Dobrogea, and southern Moldova on Friday.
