Nearly 170 blocks in Sector 4 will experience hot water outages due to heating system repairs scheduled from October 26 to 30. The works involve restoring the primary thermal network as part of a rehabilitation project funded by European and state funds. Affected areas include Bulevardul Constantin Brâncoveanu and adjacent streets. The repairs will require temporarily stopping thermal agent supply to 17 heating points serving about 166 blocks. The process will be controlled and phased to ensure safety during the works.
