The incidents occurred between late last year and early this year via a messaging app. The suspect also sent the girl pornographic material featuring himself. Following a police raid, data storage devices were seized. He was detained on October 21 and placed in preventive custody for 30 days, facing charges of child pornography, blackmail, and sexual corruption of minors.
