Georgescu, a former presidential candidate, faces multiple charges, including illegal operations with electronic devices and attempts to alter data integrity. Vlad Alin Zamfir, another suspect, is accused of assisting Georgescu in these activities. Both deny wrongdoing, claiming the equipment used was for civil purposes.
