Residents of Sânpetru are invited to a special e-waste collection campaign on October 24, 2026, from 10 AM to 5 PM. Citizens can bring any used or broken electrical devices to the collection point near the town hall. Free pickup services for bulky waste are available by scheduling via phone or email. Financial compensation is offered for certain large items, and participants will be entered into a raffle for prizes. The event is organized by ECOTIC, Intersal, the Sânpetru Town Hall, and Eco Civica Center. A permanent collection center is also available in Brașov.
