Kaufland Romania has acquired nearly 18,000 square meters of land in Tulcea from Five Holding, following a contract signed over a year ago. The largest parcel, measuring 16,915 square meters, is located on Isaccei Street. The transaction took over a year to finalize, with the initial agreement made in February 2025. Five Holding, which operates Brick construction material stores, also plans to sell another plot in Constanța, though the buyer's identity remains undisclosed.
