An administrator of an agricultural products company is accused of tax evasion involving nearly two million lei. He allegedly used accomplices to register fictitious invoices exceeding seven million lei to evade taxes. Some companies issuing these invoices had addresses that were just empty land where waste was stored. The administrator declared 33 invoices for non-existent purchases, while the invoices were issued by ten companies managed by another accomplice. The scheme involved transferring funds that were later withdrawn in cash, disguising them as salary payments. Investigators conducted 29 searches, uncovering cash, bank cards, and stamps related to the fraudulent activities. Two suspects were detained, and charges were filed against the main perpetrators for ongoing tax evasion.
