The Sector 3 City Hall is implementing a significant educational infrastructure investment program, including the construction of new schools and kindergartens, as well as the modernization of existing facilities. Over the past few years, more than 50 educational buildings have been rehabilitated, with two new schools and 16 sports halls completed. The investments aim to improve study conditions and increase capacity to meet the growing demand for educational places. Notable projects include the construction of two new schools in 2025 and 2026, and ongoing work at nine other educational units. The program also focuses on expanding preschool facilities and enhancing sports infrastructure, including a unique fencing hall.
