Păltiniș Arena is hosting SKI gone WILD, the first national grass ski and snowboard competition on November 7, featuring a thrilling après-ski party. The event invites intermediate to advanced skiers and snowboarders aged 16 and above to compete on a wet grass slope. Participants can borrow equipment for free if needed. The dual-elimination format will see competitors race head-to-head, with winners in four categories receiving prizes including season ski passes. Safety is emphasized, with mandatory helmet use and strict rules against disqualification. This event offers a unique winter sports experience before the snow season begins.
