Contakt, a Romanian mobile accessories retailer, will open its third location in the Czech Republic on November 1 and plans to enter the Bulgarian market by 2027. The company is also considering expansion into Serbia, Slovakia, and Hungary. The new store will be located in Prague's Westfield Černý Most shopping center, following a successful entry into the Czech market in 2026. Contakt aims to grow its Czech network to 20-30 stores in the medium term, with initial results meeting expectations. Founded in 2002, Contakt operates around 240 stores in Romania and reported a revenue of approximately 138 million lei in 2025.
