Coach Marian Mărgărit emphasizes the need for experienced players to help Inter promote to Liga 2. He believes that stability and a mix of youth and experience are crucial for success. Mărgărit, who has worked with youth teams, regrets the dissolution of FC Hermannstadt, which limited opportunities for young players. He hopes Inter can reach the play-offs and develop for the future, stressing the importance of providing chances to young talents.
