The Cluj County Council approved a partnership with DGASPC Cluj for the "VENUS II - AEQUILIBRIUM" project, aimed at supporting domestic violence victims with a budget of over RON 2.5 million. The project will establish a multifunctional center in Cluj-Napoca, providing essential services for protection and reintegration. A building on Padin Street will be renovated to accommodate these services, ensuring accessibility for individuals with disabilities. The center will offer various support services, including legal and psychological counseling, tailored to the needs of victims.
