The National Meteorological Administration has issued a warning for moderate rain and strong winds across Romania until Friday evening. Rainfall is expected nationwide from October 22 to 23, with showers, thunderstorms, and possible small hail. Rainfall amounts may reach 10-20 liters per square meter, with isolated areas exceeding 30 liters. Strong winds are anticipated, particularly in the west, center, and east on Thursday, and in Baragan and southern regions on Friday, with gusts up to 70 km/h in mountainous areas.
