The National Company for Road Investments (CNIR) is unable to provide a completion date for the feasibility study due to ongoing access issues and the lack of mobilization of the contractor. Recent checks in the field have identified both accessible sites and those requiring alternative solutions. The project remains in the feasibility study phase, with significant funding already allocated for preliminary studies and approvals. Without the completion of geotechnical investigations, the project cannot advance to the next stages.
