The Bucharest City Council will discuss a twinning agreement with Kyiv aimed at enhancing cooperation and friendship between the two cities. The agreement focuses on various areas including culture, education, infrastructure, and economic development. It encourages exchanges of best practices and experiences, as well as joint projects funded by local or EU resources. Both cities will designate coordinators to ensure effective implementation and provide mutual support during crises. The cooperation program will be reviewed annually, following a previous resolution from March 2022 to initiate this agreement.
