Both sides acknowledged the importance of this collaboration for collective defense and NATO's eastern flank. The U.S. ambassador highlighted the strategic significance of the 33-year partnership, which strengthens their readiness against modern security challenges. The visit includes activities in Bucharest, Sibiu, and a training center in Cincu, with scheduled meetings with various military commanders.
