Archaeologists in southern Turkey uncovered a unique 11,000-year-old statue depicting a man riding a leopard, reflecting cultural themes of masculinity. The statue was found at the Neolithic site of Karahan Tepe, which dates back to around 9750 BC. It stands 70 centimeters tall and was discovered on a platform within a circular structure. Experts suggest this find highlights the ancient culture's fascination with virility. Karahan Tepe is among the oldest settlements globally, known for its enigmatic art featuring men and wild animals.
