Arheologii descoperă cât de rafinată era gastronomia în Epoca Bronzului

A recent Danish study reveals that cooking in ancient Syria, 4,500 years ago, was highly sophisticated, involving various techniques and ingredients. Researchers analyzed animal bones and plant remains from cooking vessels found in Hama, indicating that chefs used different pots based on the food being prepared. Local clay and basalt vessels were utilized, and aromatic woods were burned to enhance flavors. The findings align with later cuneiform recipes, suggesting a long-standing culinary tradition in the region.
