Arheologii au descoperit că gătitul era o artă încă din Epoca Bronzului. „Oamenii de atunci stăpâneau tehnici culinare sofisticate”

A recent Danish study reveals that cooking in Syria 4,500 years ago was highly sophisticated, involving various techniques and ingredients. Researchers analyzed animal bones and plant remains from cooking vessels found in Hama, indicating that chefs used different pots based on the food being prepared. Local clay and basalt were used for pot-making, and aromatic woods were burned for flavor. The findings align with later cuneiform recipes, showing a long tradition of culinary diversity in the region.
