ARF a făcut anunțul: Când livrează Alstom ultimele locomotive din contract; teste de recepţie la fabrica din Kassel, Germania

The Romanian Railway Reform Authority announced that Alstom will deliver the last five Traxx Passenger locomotives in September 2026. These locomotives will serve a railway network of 3,978 km, covering five major interregional routes. The project aims to enhance energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions in rail transport by replacing older locomotives with new electric ones equipped with advanced technology. The total project cost is approximately 441.77 million lei, funded by the Modernization Fund.
