A 26-year-old man was placed in preventive arrest for sexually assaulting a 22-year-old woman in a park in Târgovişte. The incident occurred on August 4, around 11:30 PM, where the suspect allegedly touched the victim inappropriately without her consent. Following the investigation, he was detained for 24 hours and later presented to the court, resulting in a 30-day preventive arrest. The police are continuing their inquiries under the supervision of a prosecutor.
