Aproape trei milioane de pensii ar putea fi recalculate greșit. Pensionarii ar putea fi nevoiți să dea banii înapoi
A report from the Court of Accounts reveals potential errors in pension recalculations affecting over 2.7 million beneficiaries, with many receiving incorrect points. The audit, conducted from August 2025 to February 2026, highlighted issues in the recalculation process under Law no. 360/2023. Specifically, 2.2 million cases had points set below the legal standard, while 574,060 pensioners were assigned higher points than allowed. Former CNPP president Doina Pârcălabu noted the complexities in rectifying these errors, especially regarding financial adjustments. Pensioners with overpayments may face deductions from their pensions, complicating recovery efforts.
