Many high-performing individuals hide burnout symptoms, continuing to work despite deteriorating mental health. A significant 55% fear that disclosing mental health issues could harm their careers. Early signs of burnout include persistent fatigue and difficulty concentrating. To prevent burnout, organizations should ensure realistic workloads, clear priorities, and open communication about challenges.
