Many express dissatisfaction with their current salaries, and competition for jobs has increased significantly. Respondents are willing to make compromises, such as changing fields or accepting less flexible work arrangements, to secure employment. Additionally, a notable percentage are considering second jobs to increase their income. Transparency in salary postings remains an issue, with only 40% of job listings on eJobs.ro displaying salary information. The research, conducted in August, surveyed 1,206 participants, highlighting the current job market dynamics in Romania.
